CANPIPORK, S.L. main activity is the production and elaboration of Iberian pork products. Our factory is placed in Guijuelo, Salamanca (Spain). Our company is considered one of the most important producers in the Iberian pork sector. Our experience in the sector backs us as providers of products of an excellent quality.

CANPIPORK facilities, placed in the Agri-food Polygon of Guijuelo, are one of the most modern and complete facilities in the iberian industry.
More than 20.000 m2 building area set our production plant, whose capacity allows:
• Cutting capacity: 600 pigs/day
• Salting and Curing of Hams and shoulders: 300.000 pieces in room
• Production and curing of sausages
• 3 slicing lines for 1,5 million packages/month
• 4 darfresh thermoforming and 1 modified atmosphere packaging lines.

OUR SLAUGHTERHOUSE
CANPIPORK owns a third of the slaughterhouse MATADERO FRIGORÍFICO DE FUENTES DEL NAVAZO, the most modern and effective Iberian Porks Slaughterhouse in Spain. This plant is approved to export practically to anywhere in the world.
This Slaughterhouse is a 64.000 m2 building área, whose capacity allows:
• Slaughtering capacity: Up to 5.000 units/day
• Cutting capacity: 4.000 units/day
• Salting and curing capacity: 500.000 pieces in stay
OUR PIGS
All the raw material we used is from our own production. CANPIPORK has several livestock Farms located in Salamanca and Extremadura, where the Iberian Pigs grows with natural feed, composed by cereals and legumes.
We maintain our own genetic, which makes our products from a high quality, homogeneous and highly appreciated.

One of CANPIPORKs´ main value and the key of our success is our human team, which gathers a huge and multidisciplinary professional profile, working together in an unique project to reach an unique goal: Providing our customers the best and largest variety of Iberian Pork products, with all the quality, security and food traceability guarantees.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
As part of our sustainability initiatives, we have implemented a solar self-consumption project at our facility, which will provide a significant amount of the electricity we consume in our activity. The aim is to reduce our energy expenditure and limit our carbon footprint, with this new installation we will reduce the emission of tons of CO2 per year.
This photovoltaic energy project has been carried out by the company Norsol Eléctrica, S.L., and obtained financial support from the Next Generation Funds of the European Union through the programme of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
