    • USE

      It is highly recommended to start cutting the ham by “la maza”, the wider and juicy part. You should place it at the Ham Support with the hoof looking up. It’s very important to cut the ham with the ham knife perfectly shaprened.

       

      The ham slices measure ought to be from 5 to 6 cm, so they could perfectly fit in your mouth.

       

      To avoid the ham to get dry, the most effective thing is covering the open part with the own ham grease we have previously removed while the cutting and place it there.

       

      For a greater enjoyment of the organoleptic qualities of the Ham, it is advisable to consume it at room temperature, far from temperature and humidity changes. At the same time, to avoid the meat to get dry, its essential not to remove more more fat than necessary since it works as a protective element and makes the ham remains in good terms for a longer time.
